It is 11 AM in Berlin and we are in our apartment. It is very nice.
We have two bedrooms with king beds - we have a separate kitchen - bathroom - foyer - and living room. You do not have to go through the bedrooms to the bathroom.
There are no steps into the apartment - it is entered directly from the street level.
Pictures are coming but we are very tired. We have not slept much since Tuesday morning when we left Tallahassee.
Berlin is 6 hours ahead of Tallahassee. It is sunny and 44 degrees - since we are at 52 degrees north latitude - the sun is not very high in the sky.
We already saw the Berlin Wall on the away in form the airport. The airport is about 7 miles away and the cab cost 26 euros.
We will do a video of the apartment once we get some rest. The apartment has wood floors and ivory walls. It is a pre-war building because this section of Berlin was not bombed.
