Our apartment is very nice. 5 rooms - kitchen - bath - bedroom - bedroom - living room. All rooms empty onto open foyer. We are on first floor - no steps.
The cable TV works fine - mostly German stuff. Our wifi works well and we can see out TV from home. Apple TV is really clear - can get all the Netflix stuff.
We have a land line phone.
More later - must go for groceries.
