Seminole Plumbing - how did Randy get that vanity plate?
Randy Parker owns Seminole Plumbing here in Tallahassee. He has been very busy installing Tankless Gas Water Heaters thanks to the $1350 rebate that the city offers for anyone converting from an old electric water heater to the new state of the art tankless units.
Yesterday the city inspected our new installation.
This is Randy replacing the 60 year old electric water heater that was in the kitchen. the new unit hangs on the outside of the house by the bathroom. It is about 2 feet by 1 foot.
