Like a strong gust of wind - Keith was here for a week - and then with the sunrise he is gone. It is 7 AM here in London - and he is on his way to Berlin for a few days - then back to work in Washington.
We call Keith - Euroboy - because he loves everything about the continent from his Arsenal soccer team to his pink London Financial Times newspaper. This has been the second time he has visited use here when Lulu was working at the London FSU Study Center.
While Mom and Dad fly back and forth to the States in coach class - Keith with the help of Drew managed a deal for first class passage on this trip. By signing up for a special British Airways club card - Keith flew directly from Washington to London sleeping in his own bed. It doesn't end there - the round trip to Berlin and the last leg home is also in "business class" with perfectly flat beds - also it includes meals and showers in the Club Suite. His cost - $330 in taxes! Lulu and I paid $1300 each for coach seats - with extra leg room for the exit row :-)
While here - Keith spent a lot of time entertaining his nephew Jack. Jack just loves "Uncle Teeth" and they were pretty inseparable. We also visited Stonehenge and Salisbury together - and yesterday just the two of us went to the London Air Show. Already we are planning next year.
