Our friend Joan lives in Little Venice. We had breakfast in this canal boat. Lots of people bought these old shipping canal boats - renovated them - and live in them. Take a good look at the quality of the finish. Remove the restaurant furniture in your head. this would make a beautiful living room / bedroom. You could have a nice kitchen and bedroom on the other end. Location - location - location. You are right in the center of London - by Hyde Park and Regents Park. No steps - just open the door and get out.
