Eberhardt Wanted in Shooting Incident

Tuesday  there was a shooting less than a mile from our house. Looks like one of my long lost cousins is at it again. Supposedly - there is Indian blood in our family tree.

Tallahassee Police Department Obtains Warrant for Eberhardt

On Tuesday, May 11, 2010, the Tallahassee Police Department responded to a reported shooting in the 2400 block of Country Club Drive. Upon arrival officers located two male victims who had been shot. Both victims were transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital with injuries that were not life threatening.

Investigator Angie Booth of the Tallahassee Police Department's Violent Crimes Unit reviewed witness statements and physical evidence left at the scene. Based on information obtained during the investigation probable cause was established for the arrest of 21-year-old Kevin "Scoot" Eberhardt. On Wednesday, May 12th, Investigator Booth conferred with the Leon County State Attorney's Office and obtained a warrant for Eberhardt's arrest for attempted murder.

Kevin "Scoot" Eberhardt, Black male, 6'1", 175 lbs. Charge: Attempted Murder.
