My buddy George sent this video of a storm back at our house. Notice it is raining so hard that you cannot see the lake. We got 1 inch of rain in 16 minutes. For comparison - Tamaqua PA gets about 40 inches of rain a year. Tallahassee gets 60 inches of rain a year - but for the last few years we have been having a drought. The lake behind our house - normally about 10 feet deep down to 3 feet at its deepest point. The lake is a sinkhole and rises and falls with the water table.

Tallahassee Had Lots of Rain Yesterday
