| We were lucky a best friend loaned us his country estate |
We are spending 10 days near our hometown of Tamaqua PA. We are here to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We will be re-married and have a party afterwards.
The Everhart 10 is staying in a loaner home. A best friend loaned us his country home with pool and party area. I do not mention his name because I am afraid a rush of people will pester him for its use. It is a second/vacation home.
Lulu has been planning this event for years with her cousins. The plague has caused many delays - we were married on June 24 - 1971 - so do we celebrate 50 or 51 years?
Friends are coming from Florida - Arizona - Delaware - Washington DC - Alabama - Virginia - North Carolina and even Paris - France.
The ceremony will be at Lulu's former church and the party will be at a community hall nearby.
After the ceremony - the wedding couple will drive to their home in Florida - then a week later will fly to Australia for 2 months.
