Luella published this picture on Facebook. I was born in that house in 1948. It did not have a central heating system then. My Dad installed a coal hand-fired furnace in the basement. He used cast iron radiators that heated upstairs. I maybe am romanticizing this - but that radiator looks like the same one - 68 years later.

Luella - you were born in that house in 1944 - I was born there in 1948. We are almost brother and sister. What are the chances of that? :-)
