My latest toy is an electric scooter. It goes up to 25 MPH - it has 40 miles of range. It has 10 inches tires and 5 shock absorbers. They retail for $400.
It has lithium battery pack and weighs about 50 pounds. It folds up neatly to tuck in your car trunk or inside the camper storage. It has disk brakes and a full light safety package. It comes with a 110 volt AC charger. I can charge it at home or in my camper.
I will mainly use it as life boat in our camper. I can run errands - also can go for help if we get stuck.
It seems silly - it is an easy way to get from here to there on a hot humid day. It has a throttle controlled by the thumb. Each wheel has a disk brake. It can stop in 6 feet. The seat is cushy. The handlebars and seat are adjustable. It has a speedometer - odometer - and a trip odometer.
