Today I went back to the Palmer Eye Center - it is 11 days since my operation. My eye is doing fine. I test out for 20/20 vision near and far. I have thrown away my glasses - hopefully forever.
The sign above is modeled after the old sings in Las Vegas. It is very colorful and gives the clinic a festive atmosphere. That is our Prius parked under the sign. This place is 5 miles from our home.
Dr. Richard Palmer did my surgery. Today he examined my eye and said it is doing well. He said we have to pay special attention to my eye because I only have one good one.
