The 12th ranked Duke Blue Devils came to town this afternoon and for most of the first half it looked like it was going to be a yawner. The home teams dropped behind by as many as 11 points - and the methodical Dukies seemed to be going through a practice scrimmage.
Do to some excellent 3 point marksmanship - 9 in all - in the second half - the Seminole won going away by 16 points. The Circle K Convenience store has quite a promotion here. If the team scores 5 three pointers or more - everyone gets a free grilled item. Lulu and I just returned from having our lunch there.
Our neighbors George and Joel Dawson usually ride along for the game - what an enjoyable Sunday afternoon.
